The 9/11 Project
Begun in September 2001, this project continues as VLA’s way of serving those affected by the tragic events of September 11th. VLA’s 9/11 Project offers all of VLA’s signature services free of charge to the arts community affected (directly and indirectly) by the tragedy. VLA has assisted members of the New York arts community affected by 9/11 with landlord-tenant issues, contracts, disaster and unemployment relief, and copyright questions among other related issues.
