VLA Holiday Card Program 2011-12

Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts proudly presents the Holiday Card Program 2011. The Program provides VLA's law firm and corporate members and supporters with access to unique images for use on annual holiday cards and e-cards. The program is part of VLA's ongoing efforts to serve the arts community, as well as to support and publicize VLA's mission and programs.

Need the perfect holiday card to send out this winter? VLA can help!

Here's how it works:

· You pick an image (see images below). Choose the card size, paper, inside greeting and other layout and formatting preferences.

· Questions about formatting? Ask us and we can make suggestions about specifics.

· VLA will license the image for use on holiday cards. You will enjoy the use of your selected image on an exclusive or non-exclusive basis, depending on the fee paid.

Fees for Image Use:
· Non-exclusive image use for a print-run of up to 2,500 cards: $1,000
· Non-exclusive image use for a print-run in excess of 2,500 cards: $1,500
· Exclusive image use (2011 Holiday Season): $5,000

Pre-Printed Cards:
$2/card
Customization prices vary from $125-400, depending on the size of the order

Fees are for usage of the VLA Holiday Card Images. Participants are responsible for the arrangements with vendors and costs of producing the cards. For the convenience of Participants, a list of suggested printers is available upon request.
